Assembly
Nothing here was ready when you arrived. Each part of this page is laid out, lettered and drawn as it comes into view, by hands that move the way people do.
The work
Every piece is a folder of TypeScript that Node runs as it stands, with no build step and nothing to install at run time.
01
Twelve gardens from around the world, drawn plant by plant. They grow in as you scroll.
Watercolour and ink
02
The bottom of a page as a small world that rises as you arrive, by day and by night.
Seven media
03
A picture made of letters that spell the name, ring by ring from each edge inward.

04
Five sculptures from museum scans, engraved, screened and laid among scraps of paper.
Engraving and paper
05
Portraits redrawn as planes, each at its own depth. Pull them apart and they keep moving.

A page made in front of you by a crew of hands, from the first guide to the last stroke.
Pointers and crayon
Method
The page is written whole, as it will stand. The crew measures it, takes it apart into the work a design team would do, and gives each piece to the nearest free hand: guides first, then frames, words and drawings.

// A hand reaches as a person does:
// a quick throw, then a smaller correction.
await hand.reach(frame);
await hand.press();
await hand.reachPoint(corner, 3, 1.2);
hand.release();
// Keys fall unevenly, slower between words.
await hand.type(headline, write);
// The pen goes where the wax goes down.
await hand.follow(tip, 1 / 60);
Open the repository in your agent and ask for a page like this one, made of your own words and drawings. The Assembly skill takes it from there.
Open the skillThis page was drawn by 32 hands while you scrolled.
Every guide, frame, word and stroke above was set down by a pointer working beside the others, reading the finished page backwards into the work it took.
